Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of FinHOA Hub, provided by FinHOA, Inc. ("FinHOA, Inc.", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using FinHOA Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FinHOA Hub.

2. Eligibility and access FinHOA Hub is invitation-only. Access is granted by a Master Administrator or an authorized association representative and is scoped to the role assigned to you (for example, accountant, property manager, attorney, board member, or homeowner). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use You agree to use FinHOA Hub only for its intended purpose of managing association records, relationships, and communications, and not to attempt to access data, associations, or accounts you are not authorized to view; interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or security; or upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

4. Records and accuracy Financial and operational records made available through FinHOA Hub are maintained by the professionals and administrators responsible for each association. FinHOA, Inc. provides the platform but does not independently verify every record entered by users.

5. Confidentiality Association, financial, and resident information accessed through FinHOA Hub is confidential and may only be used for the purposes for which access was granted.

6. Termination FinHOA, Inc. or an association administrator may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for violation of these Terms or at the request of the association you serve.

7. Disclaimers FinHOA Hub is provided "as is." FinHOA, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinHOA, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of FinHOA Hub.

9. Changes to these terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FinHOA Hub after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
